Dear Virgin Galactic,my name is Professor Briscoe and i have completed the highly difficult Electro magnet badge and worked at the most prestigious university of science and i am conducting an experiment that proves that mass changes the speed at which an object falls and this would be of service to you simply because your company wants to start send civilians on expensive trips to space. This will benefit your company because we can measure the speed at which your shuttle will fall back to earth if something goes wrong and then you will be able to anticipate a size of parachute to slow down the falling i will need $300,000 to conduct these experiments.
i hypothesize that the increase in weight will decrease the amount of time it will take to fall to the ground. I can prove this with a webpage dedicate directly to this
http://www.wired.com/2013/10/do-heavier-objects-really-fall-faster/
I will use a paper helicopter to it to see how fast it will fall to the. ground.
This experiment will be carried out more than 100 times adding the slightest bit of weight to the helicopter to see the difference falling speed. This will also be of use to virgin atlantic in anticipating a possible engine failure.
Every time we drop these helicopters we will add weight and measure the time it takes to drop.
This will benefit your company
massively and will save you money
Thank you for your time.

Summarising your method adds gravity to your proposal which is an excellent way of persuading your potential benefactor.
In order to unlock Hypothesis you will need to provide the evidence you have mentioned. Three pieces please!
Check out http://m-adjei-mensah.community.edutronic.net/hypothesis/ & http://oermak.community.edutronic.net/year-nine-experimental-research-phase-one-research-proposals-science/ for excellent examples of how to do this.
Enjoy and well done so far!
